By accessing or using this Site, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise engaging with our brokerage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Cape Fear Boat Brokerage, LLC is a division of Integrity Yacht Sales, and brokerage transactions may be conducted under either or both business names.

3. No Warranty on Listed Vessels

All boats and vessels listed on this Site are offered "as is" and "where is," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, unless explicitly and separately stated in writing in a specific purchase agreement.

Listing information, including specifications, condition, equipment, photographs, pricing, and descriptions, is provided by the seller or gathered from available records and is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any listing. Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to independently inspect any vessel, obtain a marine survey from a qualified surveyor, and conduct sea trials before completing any purchase.

Cape Fear Boat Brokerage, LLC and Integrity Yacht Sales make no representations or warranties regarding the seaworthiness, mechanical condition, title status, or fitness for a particular purpose of any vessel listed on this Site.

4. Use of the Site

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO SEPARATELY EXECUTED PURCHASE OR BROKERAGE AGREEMENTS, WHICH ARE GOVERNED BY THEIR OWN TERMS.

10. Indemnification
