• Analyze Site traffic and user behavior to improve content and marketing performance
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number through our Site or through a Facebook/Instagram Instant Form and affirmatively opt in, Cape Fear Boat Brokerage, LLC may send you text messages, including:

HubSpot. Information submitted through our contact forms and Instant Forms, including name, email, phone number, and your responses to qualifying questions, is stored and processed in HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
