• Find the right boat: We will help you find the right boat.  As we talk with you and get to know what you are looking for, we will search various databases for just the right boat for you.
• Price evaluation: We will make sure that you are getting the right price for the boat of your dreams, and not overpay.
• Survey and Sea Trial: We will help you find the right surveyor and schedule the survey and sea trial.  This will help you know everything about the boat you want to buy.
• Showings: We will schedule all showings of the boats that you are interested in.  If the boat you like is out of our area, we will contact the broker of the boat to set a time for a courtesy showing.
  
• Price Negotiations: By law, we must communicate all offers you make to the seller.  We will help you determine a fair price based upon the survey and historic sales of similar vessels.
• Finalizing the Sale: Once an agreement is reached, we will help finalize the sale and make sure all documents are in order.
• Funds Transfer and Escrow: We handle all funds for your vessel, holding everything in escrow until the final day of sale. We also make sure the seller has paid off all bills that are associated with the purchase of your boat.
