Cape Fear Boat Brokerage, LLC, a division of Integrity Yacht Sales ("Cape Fear Boat Brokerage," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website located at [capefearbrokerage.com](https://capefearbrokerage.com) (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit our Site, submit an inquiry, complete a lead form (including Meta/Facebook Instant Forms), or otherwise interact with us.

We use the information we collect to:

- Respond to your inquiries about boats listed for sale
- Contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding boats that may match your stated interest, timeline, or preferences
- Send you our newsletter and updates about similar or newly listed boats, if you have opted in
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- Analyze Site traffic and user behavior to improve content and marketing performance
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do **not** sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

### 4. Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number through our Site or through a Facebook/Instagram Instant Form and affirmatively opt in, Cape Fear Boat Brokerage, LLC may send you text messages, including:

**Meta Pixel.** We use the Meta Pixel on our Site to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising, understand actions people take on our Site after viewing our ads, and build audiences for future advertising. The Meta Pixel may collect information about your browsing behavior on our Site and share it with Meta. **HubSpot.** Information submitted through our contact forms and Instant Forms, including name, email, phone number, and your responses to qualifying questions, is stored and processed in HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. HubSpot may also use tracking cookies to help us understand engagement with our emails and Site content.

**Cookie control.** Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on our Site.

### 6. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

- **Integrity Yacht Sales**, our parent brokerage, for purposes of fulfilling your inquiry and providing brokerage services
- **HubSpot**, as our CRM and data-processing provider
- **Meta Platforms, Inc.**, Google, and Cloudflare, as described in Section 5, solely for analytics, advertising measurement, and Site operation
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as web hosting, email delivery, or SMS delivery), under confidentiality obligations
- Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or third parties for their independent marketing use.
